At TEALEAVES, we strive for your absolute satisfaction with every blend; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or teaware within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and quality control, infused or opened tea products are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Experience team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea or teaware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to TEALEAVES
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
